Vorbild für dieses Strickkleid: Doja Cat in Say So

…mit wenig Gebackenem, einem neuen Strickprojekt – und wie immer, den besten Links der letzten Wochen.

Seit dem letzen Zuckersüß habe ich Walnuss-Muffins mit Honig-Olivenöl-„glasierten“ Marillenhälften gebacken (schnell-schnell, ohne Foto/aufgeschriebenes Rezept, schade, denn sie waren ziemlich gut!) und Kaiserschmarrn gebacken.

Gegessen

Marillenknödel. Hausgemachte Kroketten. Einen großartigen Salat aus dem Balkonbeet eines Freunds, mit gegrillten Marillen, Kräutern und Burrata. Ein underwhelming (trocken, fad) Croissant von Freyja (1090, 3,50€). Irakisches gefülltes Fladenbrot, Fladenbrot mit Zaatar und weiße-Bohnen-Dip, Wassermelone.

Die halbe Karte der in der cucina alchimia (1130) deren Besuch sich – auch wegen der weiten Anreise – wie ein Mini-Urlaub angefühlt hat, mehr dazu bald in einem eigenen Blogpost. Am spannendsten: Lacto Fries!

Gestrickt

Ich habe angefangen, das gestreifte Kleid aus Doja Cat’s Say So Musikvideo zu reverse-engineeren, mit sämtlichen mir zur Verfügung stehenden Baumwoll/Viskose/Effektgarn-Resten, s. Titelbild. Vor gut einem Jahr schrieb ich über meine Strick-Pläne:

Weit oben auf der Liste, wenn auch schon fast außer Saison: Das „Garnreste“-Neckholder-Wasserfall-Minikleid, das Doja Cat im Say So-Video trägt. Es stammt aus der Frühling-Sommer-Kollektion 2020 des Labels No Sesso und ist für meinen Geschmack *ein bisschen* zu tief dekolletiert, gut, dass ich mir das einfach so stricken kann, wie ichs gerne hätte…

Ohne Anleitung stricken finde ich nun, wo ich dabei bin, ganz schön mühsam, aber ich glaube, das wird es schon wert sein!
